The Erosion Company (TEC) is hiring Construction Workers for hands-on outdoor work across the Southeast! Join an established contractor specializing in erosion control, site cleanup, forestry, and specialty services.

- Prepare, grade, fill, and compact jobsite terrain
- Install silt fencing and erosion-control materials
- Load and unload materials and operate hand tools
- Support crew leaders and work alongside a hardworking team
- Maintain safe, clean, organized jobsites
WHAT YOU NEED
✔️ At least 6 months of construction experience
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outdoors in changing weather
✔️ A strong work ethic, dependable attitude, and commitment to safety
➕ Bobcat or small-equipment experience is a plus!
