Sr. Quality Specialist | Houston, TX

Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time


We are seeking an experienced healthcare quality professional to join a leading healthcare organization.


Required Qualifications:

  • 7 years of healthcare quality, patient safety, or performance improvement experience
  • Experience within a hospital or healthcare system
  • Strong knowledge of CMS, Leapfrog, Vizient, Joint Commission, and quality reporting programs
  • Proven experience leading clinical quality and patient safety initiatives
  • Data analysis and performance improvement expertise


Certification required:

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt OR Project Management Certification OR Robust Process Improvement (RPI)


Preferred:

  • Clinical background (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health)
  • Epic, Tableau, Excel, Minitab experience
  • Quality Improvement and Patient Safety leadership

Salary : $97,510 - $122,000
