• Partner with HR, business leaders, and project teams to deliver successful transformation outcomes.
👤 We're Looking For:
✔ 7 years of Change Management or Organizational Effectiveness experience.
✔ Strong communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
✔ Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
✔ Ability to manage complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
