SITE SECURITY AUTOMATION CLUSTER LEAD

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Automation & Digital Manufacturing Leader to drive automation, digital transformation, and manufacturing technology initiatives across multiple production facilities. This role will be responsible for improving factory efficiency, reliability, and security through the implementation of modern automation technologies, smart manufacturing solutions, and operational technology (OT) cybersecurity practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing automation, Industry 4.0, digital transformation, and engineering project management within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead automation and digital transformation initiatives across manufacturing facilities.
- Develop and execute automation modernization and digital manufacturing roadmaps.
- Manage capital projects related to automation, controls, and manufacturing technology upgrades.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve expected business outcomes.
- Oversee manufacturing automation systems and ensure high system reliability and performance.
- Support new production line installations, equipment integration, and technology deployments.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Lead cross-functional teams involving engineering, maintenance, operations, supply chain, and leadership stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain operational technology (OT) infrastructure and manufacturing control systems.
- Ensure manufacturing systems comply with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational standards.
- Manage technology lifecycle planning, system upgrades, and modernization of legacy equipment and software.
- Support disaster recovery planning, business continuity, and system resiliency initiatives.
- Monitor project performance, savings, benefits realization, and overall program success.
- Promote smart manufacturing and Industry 4.0 capabilities throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing automation, controls engineering, or industrial automation.
- Strong experience leading automation and digital transformation projects within manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing capital projects and engineering project delivery.
- Knowledge of operational technology (OT) environments and manufacturing control systems.
- Experience with manufacturing cybersecurity and industrial network security.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
