π¨ Hiring: HR Generalist / HR Representative III
π Location: Fargo, ND
π Schedule: Monday β Friday | 8:00 AM β 5:00 PM
We are seeking an HR Generalist to support a manufacturing environment by partnering with managers and employees across a variety of Human Resources functions. This role will be responsible for supporting recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation and benefits administration, organizational development, payroll activities, and HR compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
β Coordinate and administer compensation, benefits, recruitment, training, and payroll processes
β Partner with managers to identify HR challenges and provide effective solutions
β Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and HR policies
β Assist with developing and delivering HR-related training programs
β Counsel employees regarding career development and HR-related inquiries
β Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities
Qualifications:
β Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
β Up to 2 years of HR experience required
β In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related HR experience will be considered
β Strong written and verbal communication skills
β Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
β Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
β Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
