Must-Have Skills:
- 7 years of experience (or 5 years with a Master s degree) in data-driven performance improvement, quality assurance.
- Proven ability to lead and support process improvement initiatives, operational excellence programs.
- Active certification in Project Management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or Robust Process Improvement (RPI).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Public Health, Business, Economics, Computer Science, Nursing, Pharmacy,
- Experience driving healthcare transformation initiatives focused on quality, patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
