Brand Ambassadors

Overview

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Ground Ambassadors to support kiosk operations at high-traffic venues. In this role, you will engage with customers, assist them with booking transportation services, provide excellent customer support, and help create a seamless user experience. This is an ideal opportunity for outgoing individuals who enjoy interacting with people and representing an innovative transportation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff and manage a transportation booking kiosk at a large-scale venue.
• Assist customers who require support while booking rides or transportation services.
• Answer customer questions and provide guidance on the booking process.
• Observe customer interactions and provide feedback to improve the overall user experience.
• Set up and prepare the kiosk area at the beginning of each shift.
• Ensure the kiosk remains organized, welcoming, and fully operational throughout the day.
• Represent the brand professionally and positively at all times.
• Engage with customers and encourage participation in transportation services and programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for engaging and assisting customers.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct.
• Comfortable using technology, including smartphones, tablets, and web-based applications.
• Ability to learn and communicate product and service information effectively.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, promotions, events, brand ambassador work, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
