Must-Have Skills:
- 3 years of experience in project coordination and project management, including developing project plans, timelines, milestones, status reports.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, facilitate meetings, track risks/issues.
- Excellent communication, documentation, reporting, and organizational skills with experience creating executive updates, dashboards, risk logs.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Proficiency with project and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Planner, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio, Power Automate, and Power Apps.
- Familiarity with AI, automation technologies, and modernization initiatives that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
