What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Assistant position at AllTech Services, Inc.?
Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: Sterling, VA
Reports To: CEO
Type: Full-Time
Position OverviewAt AllTech Services, we don’t hire assistants—we hire operators. The Executive Assistant is a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team, responsible for driving alignment, owning systems, and ensuring nothing slips.
This is a proactive, high-performance role for someone who takes full ownership. You will not wait for direction—you will anticipate, act, and execute. You will manage the CEO’s time and attention around what actually moves the business, while also serving as a central operator across the leadership team.
You will bring structure where there is chaos, clarity where there is noise, and accountability where there are gaps.
This role operates in alignment with the AllTech core values: Curiosity, Ambition, Responsibility, and Empathy (CARE)—with an expectation that they are lived out through execution, accountability, and leadership, not just language.
What You’ll Do
You don’t wait—you act.
You don’t drop balls—you close loops.
You don’t avoid hard conversations—you lead them.
You don’t just support leaders—you make them better.
You operate with Curiosity to understand deeply, Ambition to push higher standards, Responsibility to own outcomes fully, and Empathy to communicate and lead effectively within a team-driven environment.
This Role Is NOT for You If…
Why AllTechAllTech Services is not standing still—we are scaling with intention. We are currently the largest family-owned HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractor in Virginia, and we carry a very intentional and intense desire to grow even further to better serve the people of Northern Virginia and the surrounding areas within the next five years.
Our mission is simple and relentless: to transform the home services experience through CARE and innovation.
We are on a clear path to grow to six locations, double our revenue, and double our team. That kind of growth doesn’t happen by accident—it requires discipline, alignment, and elite execution.
You will be at the center of it.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive how the business operates, communicates, and executes. Your impact will be visible, measurable, and critical to our success.
We operate with intensity, accountability, and purpose. We expect a lot—but we also build, develop, and invest in people who rise to the challenge.
If you want a role where you can own systems, drive real outcomes, and be part of building something meaningful—this is it.
