You will:
- Lead every interaction with professionalism and empathy
- Guide customers through scheduling service with confidence and clarity
- Communicate with compassion when customers are dealing with stressful home issues
- Use industry-leading software systems to efficiently book appointments, including AI Tools
- Educate customers on the value of our Maintenance Plans
- Collaborate with team members to find solutions quickly
- Take ownership of each call and follow through on commitments
- Represent the AllTech standard of service in every interaction
