What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own the day-to-day performance of HVAC and Plumbing installation, service, and maintenance operations
- Drive jobs to be completed on time, on budget, and done right the first time—no excuses
- Control scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and production
- Build, improve, and enforce processes that raise performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and develop technicians, project managers, and support staff
- Hold the team accountable to standards, performance, and professionalism every day
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members who meet AllTech’s expectations
- Address performance issues directly, quickly, and effectively
- Own customer relationships and step in when issues escalate—solve problems, don’t pass them off
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure materials and equipment are delivered right and on time
- Take full ownership of operational budgets, cost control, and profitability
- Track performance metrics and make decisions based on data—not guesswork
- Identify inefficiencies, eliminate waste, and continuously improve how we operate
- Enforce safety standards and ensure full compliance with OSHA and industry regulations
- Lead safety initiatives and make it clear: safety is non-negotiable
- Implement and leverage technology to improve visibility, efficiency, and results
- Stay ahead of industry trends and bring better ways of operating to the team
- 5 years of operations leadership experience (HVAC, Plumbing, or trades required)
- A proven track record of driving results and holding teams accountable
- Strong leadership presence—you can lead tough conversations and earn respect
- Ability to build teams, develop people, and improve performance consistently
- Financial discipline with experience managing budgets, costs, and profitability
- Comfort with technology, reporting tools, and field service management systems
- Clear, direct communication skills with team members, customers, and leadership
