Human Resources Director – Hybrid (Irvine, CA)
ARG is partnering with a privately held, quickly growing company in Irvine to hire their next Human Resources Director. This is a newly created, hybrid role reporting directly to the VP of HR. The HR team is already high-functioning; this position is being added to provide senior-level oversight, leadership, and expertise across the function.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and guidance by overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, retention programs, and compliance functions
- Serve as a trusted HR advisor to the senior management team
- Focus on HR strategy that aligns with overall business objectives and growth plans
- Develop initiatives, policies and programs to complement existing practices
- Oversee employee benefits and annual compensation planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 10 years' of professional HR experience
- HR professional certification a plus
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, high growth environment
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
