Allegiance Group is partnered with a leading luxury home builder in Southampton, NY, to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional $20M bespoke residential projects across the Hamptons.

You will take ownership of projects from pre-construction through completion, working closely with clients, architects, designers, consultants and subcontractors to deliver homes to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship and detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing $20M luxury residential projects from start to finish
• Overseeing programme, budget, procurement and project delivery
• Coordinating architects, designers, consultants and specialist trades
• Managing client relationships and project communications
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and construction details
• Driving quality, safety and schedule performance
• Managing costs, change orders and project reporting
• Leading project teams through completion, closeout and handover

Requirements:

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in high-end/luxury residential construction, ideally with experience delivering projects valued at $20M .

You should have:

• 5 years' construction/project management experience
• Proven luxury residential experience
• Strong commercial and contractual understanding
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• A meticulous eye for detail and quality
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and leading design teams
• Hamptons / Long Island experience is highly desirable
