An AmLaw 50 firm is looking to add a mid-level Commercial Litigation Associate in Miami.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who wants hands-on involvement in complex business litigation matters, with real responsibility across all phases of a case.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and supporting complex commercial litigation matters
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Handling written and document discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Preparing witnesses and participating in hearings and motion practice
- Assisting with trial preparation and settlement strategy
What They’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
- Experience in state and federal court
- Ability to manage matters and work directly with clients
- Spanish fluency (written and verbal) is a strong plus
- Florida Bar admission required
