An AmLaw 100 firm has an immediate opening for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its fully remote platform.
This role is part of the firm’s virtual office and offers the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters while maintaining full flexibility—no in-office requirement (must be based in Florida).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling commercial and business litigation matters
- Drafting motions, pleadings, and briefs
- Managing discovery and case strategy
- Collaborating with a national team on complex disputes
What They’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Experience in state and/or federal court
- Must reside in Florida and be admitted to the Florida Bar
