A highly respected national law firm is looking to add a junior Real Estate Associate to its Seattle office.

This is a great opportunity for an early-career attorney who wants to build a strong foundation in commercial real estate transactions while getting hands-on experience and meaningful mentorship.

What You’ll Work On

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Leasing and development matters
• Real estate financing transactions
• Exposure to both borrower- and lender-side work

You’ll gain experience across a variety of asset types and deal structures, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.

Who This Could Be a Fit For

• 1–4 years of transactional real estate experience
• Exposure to acquisitions, leasing, financing, or development work
• Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills
• Interest in building a well-rounded commercial real estate practice
• Common interest community experience is a plus
• Washington bar admission

💰 Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience)
