Core Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analyze commercial disputes.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery requests, and responses.
- Take and defend depositions.

Typical Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school with honors.
- Admission to the Florida Bar, or eligibility for admission.
