Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience for its client's Miami office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background, excellent analytical and writing skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal courts
- Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Conduct legal research, fact investigations, and case analysis
- Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Manage caseload and work both independently and collaboratively with team members
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional judgment, attention to detail, and professionalism
