Requirements:
Hands-on leadership role within a small team. You will lead engineers, own architecture, and contribute directly to code while shaping product direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a small engineering team
- Write production code and own technical architecture
- Deliver roadmap initiatives, including AI-driven features
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Manage offshore resources and support hiring efforts
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of engineering experience, including leadership
- Strong hands-on coding background
- Experience with data-intensive or SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications
- Startup or high-growth environment experience preferred
Tech Stack
- Backend: Kotlin, Python
- Frontend: React, TypeScript
- Data: SQL, cloud data platforms (Snowflake)
- Cloud: AWS, GCP
- AI/ML tools and modern development frameworks
