New Leadership Opportunity – Director / Sr. Director of Enterprise Solutions

This role will focus heavily on CRM strategy (currently Microsoft Dynamics) and broader enterprise systems — helping determine whether to optimize the existing environment or recommend a new path forward.

• What they’re looking for:
• Deep experience with CRM platforms (Dynamics strongly preferred)
• Ability to evaluate, redesign, or reimplement enterprise systems
• Experience across multiple CRM platforms is a big plus
• Exposure to ERP ecosystems and future modernization initiatives
• Strong leadership driving technology strategy aligned with business operations
• Scope of the role:
• Enterprise applications strategy across U.S., Canada, and UK teams
• CRM optimization, adoption, and process standardization
• Data governance, reporting, and business intelligence alignment
• Future evaluation of ERP modernization
• Location: Norfolk County (5 days onsite)
• Compensation: $150 – $230K base (flex possible)
