Responsibilities
- Review and advise on investor-facing materials, including fund marketing collateral and related disclosures
- Ensure compliance with applicable marketing rules and regulatory standards
- Partner closely with investment, product, and compliance teams on the development and use of marketing materials
- Provide guidance on messaging, positioning, and risk considerations across investment strategies
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, contributing to best practices and internal processes
- Engage deeply with complex regulatory and disclosure issues, maintaining a high standard of drafting and accuracy
Qualifications
- 10-15 years in asset management legal or compliance, with a focus on marketing/investor materials
- Strong background from a top-tier law firm; additional in-house experience is a plus
- Deep familiarity with the Investment Advisers Act and marketing rule requirements
- Proven ability to review and refine detailed disclosures with precision and sound judgment
Compensation Details:
$350,000 - $400,000 base salary competitive bonus structure
