Core responsibilities

Instructional Support:Assist with implementing lesson plans, reinforce concepts with individuals or small groups, and present or adapt materials as directed by the teacher.

Student Support:Provide direct, one-on-one assistance to students with their academic, social, and behavioral needs.

IEP Implementation:Help with the implementation and monitoring of goals outlined in students' Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
