Core Responsibilities
- Practice and Game Support: Help plan and run daily drills, warm-ups, and game strategies under the head coach's direction.
- Player Development: Teach fundamental rules, hitting, fielding, and pitching techniques tailored to middle school players.
- Supervision and Safety: Monitor players during practices, games, locker-room time, and team travel to ensure a safe environment.
- Equipment Management: Assist with organizing, issuing, collecting, and storing team gear, uniforms, and practice equipment.
- Behavior and Eligibility: Enforce school rules, academic standards, and positive sportsmanship among team members.
