FINRA SIE, SERIES 7, and SERIES 66 SPONSORSHIP
We are seeking empathetic and motivated individuals looking to grow their career within investment and finance solutions. Financial Consultants will spend time cultivating client relationships regarding personal Retirement Accounts to provide education and assistance based on each client’s needs. You will review client’s accounts and provide retirement account options and solutions.
Employment will begin with a 90 day paid study program to obtain the required FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66). Once you've passed all exams, you will begin training for the full time position.
The Financial Consultant position, once licensed, is a full-time, salary based position.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrates expertise in areas of investments, markets, finance, and economic conditions with the ability to refer investment and retirement solutions
- Provide education with investment and risk-based solutions to current and former participants
- Acting as primary support person for internal and external clients, supporting clients by answering questions and solving problems; transactional and navigational support
- Provide benefit event information regarding personal Retirement Accounts
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Brokerage industry experience/knowledge
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information, and comprehending customer issues
- Basic computer skills including the ability to navigate multiple windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: sales, service or quality assurance
- Knowledge and understanding of banking products, policies, and procedures; within a call center environment
- Must live in or be able to relocate to Des Moines, IA by 1/5/26
