Senior Interiors Engineer: 26-01230

This role seeks an experienced Automotive Interior Systems Development Lead to contribute to world-class interior component engineering. The ideal candidate will develop industry-leading interior systems, collaborating across cross-functional teams and suppliers. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on quality and technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering, release, and launch of interior components and systems across vehicle portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, vehicle engineering) to prioritize vehicle benefit.
• Partner with interior trim suppliers to ensure technical excellence and on-time delivery.
• Develop and improve technical product specifications and timelines for accelerated development.
• Employ innovative approaches and tools to support product development.

Must-Have Skills:

• Minimum 4 years experience as a detail-oriented Interior Components and Systems development lead.
• Minimum 4 years knowledge of automotive interior components, systems, industry benchmarks, and supplier capabilities.
• Minimum 4 years experience creating and improving technical product specifications.
