Job Summary: Join a team dedicated to stopping financial crimes within one of the world's leading eCommerce platforms, . As a crucial part of the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), you will tackle Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) across new business models supported by client's payment processing. This entry-level role offers the chance to develop AML and investigative skills, contributing significantly to s compliance commitment and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations focused on routine or lower-risk activities in accordance with established procedures.
- Analyze customer behavior and transactional data to identify suspicious activity.
- Collect and organize supporting documents (KYC, payment details) for investigative reporting.
- Draft SARs and maintain precise case documentation to uphold SLA, productivity, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for info gathering and continuous improvement of investigation processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of BSA/AML laws and processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and willingness to learn SQL and other data systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Domain Experience:
- Previous experience in payments, fintech, eCommerce, or platform environments is highly desirable.
This role requires candidates to be based in Austin or Salt Lake City
