Job Summary:
This is an entry-level Program Manager / Project Coordinator role focused on data management and logistics support for warehouse or infrastructure operations. The person will mainly work with Smartsheet, Excel, and shipment/transportation data to keep records accurate and updated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehousing data input using Smartsheet.
- Coordinate with transportation for shipment updates.
- Maintain and update data through Smartsheet.
- Track and filter data using Excel functions.
- Source and research information online as needed.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Understanding of supply chain processes.
- Networking capabilities.
- 1-2 years relevant experience.
