Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. The ideal candidate will lead solution design, oversee implementation activities, and support integration across SAP, WMS, and carrier platforms.

Rate Range: $95/hour to $100/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Solution Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Design and configure solutions to support transportation planning, load optimization, routing, and execution.
• Translate business logistics requirements into scalable solution architectures aligned with global transportation operations.
• Configure and maintain core TMS modules including Order Management, Shipment Planning, Load Consolidation, Route Optimization, Carrier Selection, and Freight Settlement.
• Support integration across SAP S/4HANA, WMS, carrier EDI, and visibility platforms using middleware tools and APIs.
• Drive business process optimization by identifying opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, and improved carrier utilization.
• Lead SIT/UAT cycles, support production deployments, and collaborate with cross‑functional logistics, supply chain, and warehouse teams to ensure solution alignment.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 15 years of experience in full‑lifecycle implementations and solution architecture.
• Proven expertise in configuring core modules and translating business processes into scalable transportation solutions.
• Strong background in integrating TMS with SAP S/4HANA, WMS, EDI, and API‑driven platforms.

Pay Details: $95.00 to $100.00 per hour
