Boomi Engineer

Akkodis is seeking a Boomi Engineer for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ(Remote). The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and ensure reliable performance through proactive troubleshooting.

Rate Range: $45/hour to $53/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Boomi Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using the Dell Boomi platform across ETL, EAI, and ESB patterns.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into clear, scalable technical specifications.
• Build and manage REST/SOAP APIs, perform complex data mappings (XML, JSON, SQL), and ensure seamless data flow between systems.
• Administer Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds while ensuring high availability, performance, and optimized integrations.
• Monitor production integrations, troubleshoot issues, conduct root‑cause analysis, and provide ongoing support.
• Document integration designs, workflows, and configurations, while staying updated on the latest Boomi and integration best practices.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of hands‑on experience working with the Dell Boomi platform and integration development.
• Proven expertise in designing and developing integration solutions using Boomi, including APIs, data mapping, and workflow orchestration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience supporting production integrations, performing root‑cause analysis, and ensuring high‑availability environments.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $53.00 per hour
