ServiceNow Architect

Akkodis is seeking a ServiceNow Architect for a Contract with a client in Edison, NJ(Hybrid). You must have strong hands‑on experience in implementing the ServiceNow platform and leading end‑to‑end integrations with upstream and downstream systems.

Rate Range: $68/hour to $71/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

ServiceNow Architect Job Responsibilities Include

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
• Design and manage integrations with upstream and downstream systems, leveraging APIs, OOTB spokes, and MID‑server configurations.
• Translate business and functional requirements into detailed technical designs, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation.
• Create well‑defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support development and delivery cycles.
• Lead and coordinate onsite–offshore teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, workload distribution, and timely delivery.
• Engage with clients to provide technical leadership, perform requirement analysis, resolve platform issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience, with 5 years of hands‑on ServiceNow implementation and architecture experience.
• Proven expertise in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using APIs, MID‑Server, and OOTB spokes.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture documents, solution diagrams, and clear user stories.

Pay Details: $68.00 to $71.00 per hour
