Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architecture and implementation of HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery solutions
- Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build roadmap and strategy
- Oversee customization and configuration ensuring scalability
- Design integrations with systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and APIs
- Ensure best practices in development and deployment
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8 years of ServiceNow experience
- Strong experience in HRSD and WSD modules
- Expertise in solution architecture and platform design
- Experience in enterprise integrations
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)

Salary : $70 - $80
