Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade HR Service Delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture and implementation of HRSD and Workplace Service Delivery solutions
• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build roadmap and strategy
• Oversee customization and configuration ensuring scalability
• Design integrations with systems like LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and APIs
• Ensure best practices in development and deployment
  
  

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8 years of ServiceNow experience
• Strong experience in HRSD and WSD modules
• Expertise in solution architecture and platform design
• Experience in enterprise integrations
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
