Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Alpharetta, GA. This role requires deep PolicyCenter expertise to deliver scalable solutions, drive API integrations, and guide teams on best practices and technical excellence.
Rate Range: $47/hour to $49/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $47.00 to $49.00 per hour

Requirements

Scrum Master Job Responsibilities Include
- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Guidewire PolicyCenter within the Guidewire Cloud (SaaS) environment.
- Develop scalable integrations and APIs using Integration Gateway, App Events, and REST/JSON to connect PolicyCenter with enterprise systems.
- Build and maintain product models including coverages, terms, modifiers, and templates using Advanced Product Designer (APD).
- Implement and optimize rating logic, rate tables, and pricing routines within the PolicyCenter Rating Engine.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and ensure compliance with Guidewire Cloud Assurance and security standards.
- Collaborate in Agile ceremonies and mentor junior developers on Gosu, cloud-native patterns, and PolicyCenter best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 8–10 years of overall Guidewire experience with a minimum of 3–5 years focused on PolicyCenter and SaaS/cloud implementations.
- Proven hands‑on experience working with Guidewire PolicyCenter on the Guidewire Cloud (SaaS) Platform.
- Strong expertise in Gosu development, REST/JSON integrations, APD product modeling, and P&C insurance domain knowledge.
