Scrum Master location Alpharetta, Georgia, USA 65 USD - 75 USD/hour Description - Scrum Master - Hybrid in Alpharetta Key Responsibilities: Lead all Scrum ceremonies for 2 different fleets (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives) and ensure they are productive and time-boxed. Development environment = mix between fully agile and waterfall SDLC Proactively identify and eliminate blockers (e.g., technical debt, external dependencies, compliance issues) that hinder team progress. Serve as a bridge between the Scrum team and stakeholders (product owners, management, compliance teams), maintaining a safe and focused environment for the team. Track and analyze team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burndown charts, and flow efficiency to identify areas for improvement. Ensure that all deliverables adhere to strict financial security and regulatory standards.  Qualifications and Skills 8+ years of relevant functional SDLC experience working in a agile or hybrid agile environment 4+ years in a Scrum Master role, with preference for experience in financial services or large-scale technology teams. Previous experience as a technical project manager / program manager to be able to support ceremonies that aren't fully agile Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) strongly preferred. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of SDLC, Software Development Life Cycle, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jira. Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills.  Nice to have: Previous experience in Financial Services / Wealth Management / Automated investments & Insurance annuities .
