This engagement supports the first wave of approximately 2,900 end‑user deployments , with additional scaling underway. The schedule is driven by end‑user requests and will fluctuate based on deployment volume.

Key Responsibilities
- Deploy, install, and configure Windows-based end‑user devices
- Image systems and perform hardware/software installations
- Troubleshoot hardware and desktop issues (Windows 10 primarily)
- Manage assets, inventory, and deployment tracking
- Provide professional, customer‑focused support during device handoffs
- Follow deployment processes, documentation, and instructions precisely
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and documented processes
- Reliable transportation to deployment sites
- Prior device deployment experience (academic, internship, or professional)
- Desktop & End‑User Deployment
- Windows 10 (Win10)
- Hardware installation & troubleshooting
- System imaging & configuration
- Desktop support
- Asset management & inventory tracking
- Customer service and end‑user interaction
- Exposure to Windows 7 environments (legacy)
- Hours per week: 20–25
- Weekly schedule:
- 2–3 weekdays between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1 late day per week working until 7:00 PM
- Entry‑level candidates encouraged to apply
- Ideal for technicians looking to gain hands‑on experience in enterprise deployments
- Some prior deployment or desktop support exposure required
