Akkodis is seeking a GoLang Engineer for a Contract with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate is skilled in requirements analysis and end‑to‑end development, including unit, integration, and performance testing.
Rate Range: $45/hour to $50/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
GoLang Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour

Requirements

GoLang Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
- Perform requirements analysis and contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment.
- Develop scalable applications using GoLang across monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Execute unit, integration, and performance testing to ensure delivery of high‑quality, reliable software.
- Provide post‑installation validation and production support for deployed components.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using Agile or Waterfall methodologies to deliver project outcomes.
- Lead and mentor team members on assigned application components, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7–9 years of hands‑on experience in software development, preferably with strong GoLang expertise.
- Proven ability to design, develop, and test applications across monolithic and microservices architectures.
- Experience working in hybrid, cloud, and on‑prem environments with strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and modern DevOps practices.
