Rate Range: $44/hour to $45/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Pay Details: $44.00 to $45.00 per hour

ETL Developer Job Responsibilities Include
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using IBM DataStage to support enterprise data integration needs.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with data architects and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into scalable ETL solutions.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and reliability of data pipelines.
- Enhance and optimize existing ETL processes to improve performance and reduce processing time.
- Support data warehouse operations by managing data transformations, scheduling jobs, and ensuring successful batch executions.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 6–8 years of hands‑on experience in ETL development and data warehousing.
- Strong, proven expertise in IBM DataStage for building and managing ETL pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL/PL‑SQL for complex data transformations and performance optimization.
