Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize ETL processes that align with project-specific and enterprise data integration requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and document ETL programs and workflows.
- Perform data mapping from transactional applications (source) to data warehouses (target).
- Develop and maintain logical and physical data models using enterprise standards and best practices.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to support business analytics.
- Develop, configure, and maintain analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).
- Utilize Microsoft Azure services (Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database) for ETL processes and data integration.
- Perform data integrity checks, validations, and ensure performance of data structures.
- Document all processes and manage source code control using standard tools.
- Stay current with technology trends, tools, and best practices in analytics, ETL, and cloud data solutions.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on analytics tools and dashboards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ETL development using ODI, data mapping, and data integration.
- Hands-on expertise with Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) and Power BI.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure services (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, SQL Database).
- Solid understanding of database design principles, data modeling, and administration.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with transactional and data warehouse systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience working in agile, collaborative team environments.
