Engineer

Akkodis is seeking an Engineer for a Contract with a client in Lake Forest, IL. The candidate must have deep hands‑on expertise in Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager to architect and secure privileged access environments.

Rate Range: 60/hour to $75/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engineer Job Responsibilities Include

• Lead the end-to-end architecture, deployment, and scaling of Delinea Secret Server and Delinea Privilege Manager across on prem and cloud environments.
• Design and manage secret governance workflows including heartbeat, remote password rotation, and secure check out/check in for privileged accounts.
• Configure and enforce least privilege policies within Delinea Privilege Manager to secure endpoints and eliminate standing administrative access.
• Integrate Delinea with Active Directory/Azure AD, SIEM platforms, and ticketing systems to automate identity lifecycle and strengthen privileged access controls.
• Oversee privileged session monitoring, including setup of session recording, auditing, and protocol handler configurations for high-risk access.
• Manage discovery and onboarding of unmanaged privileged accounts across Windows, Linux, and network devices while generating compliance reports and remediation plans.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 6–8 years of IAM/PAM experience with a minimum of 3 years dedicated specifically to Delinea technologies.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Delinea Secret Server and Privilege Manager with the ability to architect, implement, and troubleshoot end to end PAM solutions.
• Strong proficiency in PowerShell or Python for automation, along with experience integrating Delinea with AD/Azure AD, SIEM, and ticketing systems.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $75.00 per hour
