Akkodis is seeking an Engagement Manager for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. You will lead and manage large-scale client engagements, ensuring successful delivery and strong stakeholder relationships across multiple projects.
Rate Range: $40/hour to $41/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $40.00 to $41.00 per hour

Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities Include
- Manage large-scale client engagements in telecom or technology domains, ensuring successful delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and handling escalations effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep engagements on track.
- Prepare and present status reports, proposals, and performance metrics to stakeholders regularly.
- Drive continuous improvement by leveraging CRM tools and project management methodologies for efficient engagement execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7 years of experience in customer engagement or client management roles.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engagements in telecom or technology domains with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; PMP certification preferred.
