Engagement Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Engagement Manager for a Contract with a client in Plano, TX. Candidate must manage end‑to‑end customer engagements by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring project delivery meets agreed timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.

Rate Range: $58/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Engagement Manager Job Responsibilities Include

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer engagements, ensuring clear communication and alignment with client expectations.
• Manage end to end project delivery, overseeing timelines, scope, and quality standards across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross functional internal teams to align solutions with customer requirements and business goals.
• Monitor engagement performance, proactively addressing risks, issues, and escalations to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and upselling additional services within existing client accounts.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in customer engagement, client management, or project coordination roles.
• Managing customer engagements in the telecom or technology domain with strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, collaborate with cross functional teams, and ensure on time, high quality delivery.

Pay Details: $58.00 to $60.00 per hour
