Will analyze, discover, and provide feedback on customer experience and concerns which can lead to customer attrition.

Client Relationship Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Participate in the post sales onboarding of new clients.
- Conducts risk assessment meetings.
- Trains new clients on how to use the company web-based platform.
- Acts as the customer’s main point of contact to ensure all their questions/concerns are addressed.
- Establishes and maintains on-boarding timelines.
- Provides web-based training for new customers.
- Provides ongoing or recurring training for existing customers as new features are implemented.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university is required.
- Minimum Three years’ related experience
- Must have experience with client facing support and training.
- Project Management experience is required.
- Microsoft Office Suite is required.
