Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst for a Contract with a client in Erie, PA. Candidates will be responsible for gathering and refining business requirements and translating them into actionable insights for technical and functional teams.
Rate Range: $49/hour to 56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour

Requirements

Business Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Gather and analyze business requirements to support insurance-related systems and processes.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development and QA teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Support testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Document workflows, use cases, and business rules for insurance applications and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within the insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
