Akkodis is seeking an Analyst for a Contract with a client in Concord, CA. Candidates must have hands-on experience configuring and validating Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) across development and production environments.
Rate Range: $53/hour to $64/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $53.00 to $64.00 per hour

Requirements

Analyst Job Responsibilities Include
- Participate in fit-gap analysis and collaborate with process leads to standardize and model business processes.
- Work with requirement analysts to define and document business requirements and user stories.
- Configure and validate Electronic Batch Records (EBRs) across development, staging, and production environments.
- Address site-specific use cases and enhancement requests and support cross-team requirement gathering for ER development.
- Provide HyperCare and go-live support, including status updates, effort estimates, and validation documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in business analysis or system configuration within regulated environments.
- Hands-on experience with Electronic Batch Record (EBR) configuration, validation, and support across multiple environments.
- Strong skills in process modeling, requirement gathering, and cross-functional collaboration for ER development and go-live support.
