Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated Business Analyst / Data Analyst (Entry-Level) professionals to join our growing team in California. This role is ideal for December 2025 graduates who are passionate about business analysis, data analytics, and decision-making through insights.

The selected candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to analyze data, gather requirements, prepare reports, and support business decision-making processes.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Prepare BRD, FRD, and functional documentation
• Translate business needs into technical and data requirements
• Work with development and QA teams to ensure requirement clarity
• Assist in UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence

Data Analysis Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate structured and unstructured data
• Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau / Excel
• Track KPIs and business metrics
• Present data insights to business and technical stakeholders
• Support data-driven decision-making across teams

Required Skills & QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
• Business Analytics
• Data Analytics
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
• Engineering
• Mathematics / Statistics
• December 2025 graduates only

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy preferred)
• Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau
• Understanding of databases and data modeling concepts

Business & Soft Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Internship or academic project experience in BA or DA roles
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
