The successful candidate will require the following minimum qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in the Heating & Air Conditioning or Customer Service Industry
- Strong communication skills, especially listening
- Strong documentation skills both in writing and verbal communication
- Problem solving skills to effectively identify and develop solutions to help customers
- Ability to learn, operate and manage company software including Microsoft products, dispatch and accounting software
- Be able to adapt to changing customer needs
- Work with the service team to provide state-of-the-art experience for customers, technicians and managers
- Maintain a positive attitude
- High School diploma or equivalent
