Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety rules, address unsafe behavior, and report incidents.
- Know where employees are, what they are working on, and what support they need.
- Set clear expectations and address attendance or performance issues promptly.
- Monitor workmanship, callbacks, customer complaints, and job quality.
- Track productivity, overtime, response times, and job completion.
- Help resolve customer concerns and escalate serious issues when needed.
- Coach employees, identify training needs, and recognize strong performance.
- Ensure timecards, work orders, purchase orders, and required documentation are accurate.
- Keep the Service Manager informed of issues, risks, and potential solutions.
- Lead professionally, maintain confidentiality, and support company policies.
- Handle routine decisions independently and escalate higher-risk issues when necessary.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and/or CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- High School or Trade School Graduate or GED
- EPA Universal license
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- At least 5 years of commercial HVAC chiller service experience

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
