Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Food & Agriculture Litigation Attorney to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, nationwide litigation matters representing clients across the food and agriculture industry.
What You'll Work On:
- Defending clients in complex food and agriculture litigation matters
- Handling litigation involving regulatory and industry-specific issues
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation filings
- Conducting legal research and managing discovery
- Assisting with hearings, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Working closely with clients and litigation teams on nationwide matters
- Developing litigation strategy and supporting complex case management
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of litigation or regulatory experience focused on the food and agriculture industry
- Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Experience with motion practice and discovery preferred
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication abilities
- Ability to independently manage assignments in a fast-paced environment
- Strong academic credentials
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active Texas Bar admission required
