Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy aligned with company revenue and growth objectives.
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline targets while driving qualified sales conversations and opportunity creation.
- Lead top-of-funnel performance across inbound, outbound, account-based marketing (ABM), partner marketing, events, digital campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales leadership to improve lead quality, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue outcomes.
- Build scalable demand generation programs targeting key industries including government, healthcare, construction, and other regulated markets.
- Plan and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns including digital advertising, email marketing, webinars, trade shows, partner marketing, and nurture programs.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, channels, and offers to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion rates.
- Develop and manage reporting frameworks, attribution models, funnel metrics, and marketing analytics to measure performance and ROI.
- Manage marketing automation, CRM, attribution, and analytics platforms, including Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Executive Leadership, and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Support sales enablement efforts through market insights, campaign messaging, and strategic alignment.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, and contractors to maximize campaign effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Create a repeatable, scalable demand generation engine focused on pipeline creation and revenue growth, not simply MQL generation.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 8 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Revenue Marketing within a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline growth and contributing directly to revenue attainment.
- Experience building demand generation programs from the ground up or significantly improving existing performance.
- Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM), lead management, revenue operations, and conversion optimization.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and other marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated success supporting outbound prospecting and account-based marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution modeling, funnel metrics, campaign reporting, and ROI analysis.
- Experience working in growth-stage or private equity-backed SaaS organizations strongly preferred.
- Experience within GovTech, ConstructionTech, workflow management, low-code/no-code platforms, operational software, or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
