The Opportunity

We’re looking for a seasoned demand generation leader who has built and scaled pipeline programs before. This person brings deep strategic instincts alongside hands-on execution ability and is just as comfortable in a HubSpot workflow as they are presenting pipeline strategy to leadership. You’ll use AI tools like Claude to multiply your output and set the standard for how modern marketing gets done here.


This is a high-ownership role with real influence over how we grow. No two days look the same, and we need someone who brings a point of view, makes decisions independently, and thrives when the scope is broad.


What You'll Do

  • Help develop and execute the demand generation strategy — from top-of-funnel awareness through pipeline acceleration — across email, paid, content, and events.
  • Manage HubSpot lead scoring models, lifecycle stages, nurture workflows, sequences, and executive-level reporting dashboards.
  • Use Claude AI as a daily collaborator to accelerate content creation, audience research, campaign strategy, and performance analysis.
  • Partner with sales leadership to align on pipeline targets and MQL-to-SQL handoff, holding teams accountable to shared metrics.
  • Lead campaign messaging and copywriting across multiple channels, maintaining a consistent, compelling brand voice.
  • Analyze funnel performance, surface actionable insights, and iterate programs quickly based on data.
  • Identify gaps across the buyer journey and build programs to address them before being asked.
  • Serve as a versatile contributor across the business, stepping in on launches, events, enablement, or any priority that needs a sharp marketer.


What You Bring (Required)

  • 5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing role, with a track record of driving measurable pipeline results.
  • Advanced HubSpot proficiency, you’ve built complex workflows, owned lead scoring, managed the CRM, and reported pipeline metrics to leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience using Claude or comparable AI tools to meaningfully accelerate marketing output and quality.
  • Exceptional written communication skills, you write high-converting copy across email, ads, landing pages, and sales enablement without heavy editing.
  • Proven ability to operate as a strategic owner in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment with minimal direction.
  • Strong analytical mindset, you build dashboards before anyone asks and tell a clear story with data.


Nice to Have (Preferred)

  • Experience marketing B2B SaaS products, ideally to field service, construction, or skilled trades audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with paid search, LinkedIn advertising, or programmatic channels.
  • Experience building or scaling ABM (account-based marketing) programs.
  • HubSpot certification(s) or demonstrated platform administration experience.


Compensation & Benefits

$100,000 – $125,000 / year
