- Supporting clients in social activities and community engagement to promote inclusion.
- Maintaining accurate records of client progress and any changes in behavior or health status.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
- Performing heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals, family members, and other caregivers to ensure comprehensive care.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in assisted living, home care, or senior care settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with CPR techniques and emergency response protocols is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing and following care plans tailored to individual client needs.
